DANCE SCHEDULES & FEES / STUDIO POLICIES & REGISTRATION

The Academy of Ballet and Dance Arts and Age-Less Body Pilates Studio is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

To register for classes, complete and submit a Registration Form with payment. Payment will hold a place in class.  Registration Forms can be mailed, emailed (info@abdalakeoswego.com), or dropped at the studio.  Payments may be made by check, cash, or Venmo.  

Please include the service fee for goods & services if paying by Venmo.

Payment is due before the first class of each Term; Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Registration is for the entire Term and it is expected that students will continue to the next Term. 

Registration forms must include payment.

• Payment plans can be arranged through the Director.
• A 5% discount may be taken off dance classes when registered for 2 or more classes per week. *Does not include Summer Term.
• Payments may be made by check, cash, or Venmo.  Please include the service fee for goods & services if paying by Venmo.
• A $25 annual non-refundable registration fee is required for each participant.
• A late fee of $15 will be charged for any payment not received by the 10th of the month. If any account is 20 days past due, the student may not continue class until payment is made. ABDA DOES NOT SEND BILLING STATEMENTS.
• Classes are filled on a first come first served basis. 
• NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFERS, NO EXCEPTIONS. 
• A $35 fee will be charge for NSF checks.
• Schedule is subject to change. NO REFUNDS FOR COVID or WEATHER RELATED ISSUES. 
• End of year performance will require costume and performance fees. *See Annual Performance details.
• Please call or register at least one day prior to attending class.

As a registered participant at the Academy of Ballet & Dance Arts (ABDA), Age-Less Body Pilates Studio, and/or any Goldthwaite Studios LLC related-activities (including rehearsals and performances), I am aware of the nature of the activities, and accept that there are inherent risks in any such activities and that physical contact is often required for instruction.

I therefore release the owner and instructors of ABDA and Age-Less Body Pilates Studio and Goldthwaite Studios LLC from all responsibility and liability for any and all personal injuries or other claims, and/or monetary compensation. 

Participants, visitors and/or parents/guardians of any minor, authorize the owner, instructors and employees of ABDA and Age-Less Body Pilates Studio and Goldthwaite Studios LLC to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident or emergency. 

Photos taken during programs, classes or at the ABDA may be used for promotional purposes and other dance/artistic-related purposes. 

Registration for group classes is for the entire Term. Payment of fees and participation in these classes and programs shall constitute acceptance of this liability waiver, terms of 

registration, medical and photography release. Covid Assumption of Risk Waiver must be signed and accepted to participate. 

BY REGISTERING FOR & PAYING FOR CLASSES AT THE ABDA STUDIO, PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR PARENTS/GUARDIANS AGREE TO AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF REGISTRATION, TUITION PAYMENT & STUDIO POLICIES.
